If only I were more confident!

A healthy self-esteem is the basis for our actions and deeds and is therefore crucial for our mental and physical health, for relationships and ultimately, of course, for healthy studying. We want to work on the topic of self-esteem in a fixed group over the winter semester. Topics such as body language, communication, self-confidence and inner critics are covered as well as exercises in which you will get to know yourself better and train your self-esteem.

Participation is binding and is planned for 8 consecutive dates (weekly at the beginning, then every 14 days): November 15th / November 22nd. / November 29th / 6.12. 2023 / 10.1. / 24.1. / 07.2. / 21.2. 2024
