Full to-do lists – everything should fit into a 24-hour day. This creates pressure, stress and your head threatens to explode! Physical well-being, relaxation and the ability to perceive oneself often fall by the wayside. In this series of workshops, those interested will learn about various exercises from the areas of yoga, breathing techniques, body scans, as well as relaxation techniques that promote self-awareness and bring body and mind closer together again.
